This is an amazingly quick-to-make, relatively healthy and an absolutely lip smacking dessert for a week night...
Ingredients:
- Ripe jackfruit (about 10 pieces)
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder - a pinch
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan
- Add the jackfruit slices
- Fry on low heat for 5 minutes
- Add the honey and continue to cook till the jackfruit becomes soft and browned
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve hot
