Vegetable Omelet

Ingredients:
  • Eggs - 4 
  • Milk - 1 cup 
  • Cheese, grated - 1/4 cup 
  • Onion - 1 medium, chopped finely
  • Red pepper and tomatoes - chopped finely - 1/2 cup 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • Oil 
Method:
  • Whisk together the eggs, salt and milk 
  • Heat a pan, add oil and pour a portion of the eggs 
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese and the chopped onions and veggies generously 
  • Cook on low heat for five minutes, turn over and cook for another 5 minutes
  • Fluffy, delicious omelet is ready to eat!
