- Eggs - 4
- Milk - 1 cup
- Cheese, grated - 1/4 cup
- Onion - 1 medium, chopped finely
- Red pepper and tomatoes - chopped finely - 1/2 cup
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Whisk together the eggs, salt and milk
- Heat a pan, add oil and pour a portion of the eggs
- Sprinkle the grated cheese and the chopped onions and veggies generously
- Cook on low heat for five minutes, turn over and cook for another 5 minutes
- Fluffy, delicious omelet is ready to eat!
