Oven Fried Chicken

I am still learning the ropes as far as cooking is concerned and baking and grilling are things I have not been brave enough to venture into full fledged baking and grilling. Nevertheless this is something simple that I made today that took all of 10 minutes to put together and another 15 minutes to bake and I must say it did turn out quite nice. Here is the recipe..

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast boneless - cut into chunks or strips (1/2 kg)
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Bread crumbs, about 1 cup
- Parmesan Cheese, about 1/2 cup
- Red chilli flakes
- Minced garlic, 2 tsps
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A dash of olive oil

Method:
- Preheat oven at about 180 degrees celsius
- Combine bread crumbs, cheese, chilli flakes, garlic, salt and pepper
- Dip the chicken pieces in egg
- Then roll the pieces in the bread crumbs mixture
- Brush with a bit of oil
- Put them on a grill or a greased baking pan and cook till done (about 15 to 20 minutes)
- Check on the chicken every minutes or so, turning them over as needed
- Serve hot with a cheese or mayo dip. Enjoy!
