An easy to make pasta dish that I end up making every time I run out of ideas for dinner...
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti (boiled): 160 gm
- Fresh cream: 180 ml
- Chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces - 1 cup

- Vodka 1/4 cup
- Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
- Chopped garlic: 1/2 tsp
- Chopped onion: 1 small
- Salt to taste

- Butter: 1 tsp
Method:
- Cook the pasta as per instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water, usually 8 to 10 minutes. Strain, run through cold water and keep aside.

- Heat saucepan and ad olive oil and chopped garlic and onion.
- Saute’ garlic-onion lightly and add chicken and the chilli flakes

- Fry over medium heat for a few minutes and add the vodka
- Cook until all the vodka evaporates and chicken is cooked

- Add fresh cream
- Then add boiled spaghetti, toss it in cream.
- Finish with grated parmesan cheese, fresh basil and butter.
- Add salt as per taste and serve immediately.
