- Bread - 6 slices
- Milk - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2
- All purpose flour - 1 tbsp
- Ripe banana, mashed - 1
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt, a pinch
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, banana, vanilla essence, sugar and salt
- Dip the bread slices into the mixture until they are coated evenly on both sides
- Toast both sides on a hot pan for about 5 mins on low heat
- Serve with honey or maple syrup
