Butter Garlic Prawns

Ingredients:
¼ kg prawns, deshelled and deveined
15-20 garlic cloves, chopped
½ cup chopped coriander leaves
3 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
 
Method:

  • Heat the butter and add the garlic and half of the coriander. Stir and cook on a low flame for a few seconds.
  • Add the prawns and salt, and stir. Fresh prawns will be done in less than 2 minutes, but frozen ones will take longer. You know it is cooked when the prawns turn pink.
  • Take it off the flame, stir in the remaining coriander and serve.
