Kozhukattai (Modak)


Ingredients:
  • Rice Flour: 1 cup
  • Coconut:3/4 cup
  • Jaggery: 100 gm
  • Water, a cup 
  • Salt, a pinch 
Method:
For the filling
Melt the jaggery with 1/4 cup of water and strain it. Add the coconut to the filtered jaggery & mix well. Cook till the liquid is dried up. Remove from fire.
